Rates

We have a range of boats available for hire depending on your needs.

Rates are structured to provide best value for money the longer you go out for, you can choose between the normal per person rate, or a family rate.

Family deals are charged at either hourly or day rates, regardless of persons on board (within boats capacity of course - see our fleet below) 

Per person rates apply to all of our unlicensed boats (see our fleet below) each boat has a minimum number of fares that must be paid, so depending on how large your group is decides which boat is best for you.

All day rates can be either family or per person deals, meaning one fixed price is paid regardless of hours used on the boat, we open at 8am and the boat must be returned by 5.30pm, allowing up to 9.5 hours.

Cruising Pontoons

Our pleasure island cruising pontoons are decked out with carpet and cushioned upholstered seats, with the option of a fully covered or half covered boat. These boats are great for a relaxing cruise around the inlet. Per person rate: Minimum 3 fares Family rate: Max 4 adults + 2 kids $55 per hour $290 all day    *Due to being carpeted there is no crab pots on these boats See more pictures in the photo gallery

Fishing Pontoons

These center console fishing pontoons are great for families and backpackers, fully covered, and equipped with rod holders, tackle box, eski and an optional bbq, these boats make for a great day out. Per person rate: Minimum 4 fares Family rate: 6 or 8 person pontoon $55 per hour $290 all day See more pictures in the photo gallery

Large pontoon

Our latest pontoon, the Oz deck, has a maximum capacity of 11 people, making it our largest boat. Equipped with a toilet, stereo,  40hp outboard, upholstered seats and carpet. This pontoon really is the ultimate in calm water cruising. Per person rate: Minimum 5 fares Family rate: Max 11 people,  $85 per hour $450 all day * Due to being carpeted there is no crab pots on these boats

Dinghy

For those wanting a grass roots fishing experience, our Dinghy’s are great for those fisherman just wanting to float among the mangroves. For the more serious fisherman, check out our center console boats below. Per person rate: Minimum 2 fares Family rate: Max 3 people, $40 per hour $195 all day See more pictures in the photo gallery

Centre Console

A boat license is required for these two boats, per person rates do not apply. Both boats hold a maximum of four people, and can be hired at:

$85 per hour or  $395 for the day

The Taxi

The 60hp Quintrex that we call the ‘taxi’ is now for hire! Fitted with rod holders and a canopy, the taxi is the best way to explore trinity inlet. Please note that a full tank of fuel is supplied at the beginning of each hire, however if this should run out a reserve tank is supplied, if this tank is used there is a charge for the extra fuel.

The Weary Bay Bandit

Our newest boat, the Weary Bay Bandit is our ultimate fishing boat. A 4.6m polycraft fitted with a 75hp outboard. Complete with fish finder, GPS, bait tank, rod holders, radio, stereo, and inbuilt eski, this boat is custom designed specifically for the serious angler.

$50 per person per day (for groups of 5 to 10 people)

Pontoon half day Special

We also offer our customers a 15% discount on our pontoon boats for hires leaving before 9am for a minimum of four hours (excludes other specials).  Please contact us for more info.

Get fishing: rod hire and bait for half price with full day boat hire

If you'd like to take a landing net, or some pliers we can lend you these free of charge.

Each pontoon boat has an eski on board, which you are welcome to use.
